These are lovely magnesium capsules. I used to take tablets with the same composition, but they are considerably larger and harder to swallow. The capsules are nice and small. The only downside of this product is the glass jar. This makes it heavy if, for example, you need to take the pills with you on a flight.
I too was misled by the indication of 400mg on the packaging. It turns out to be only 60mg, so I need to take 7 capsules to meet the daily recommended amount.
I chose this due to its composition (citrate) and because one capsule contains 400 mg. Therefore, I can manage with just one capsule a day (to be taken on an empty stomach).
