Used for baking keto rolls. Excellent product.
I'm not a fish eater, but I've been told that by eating flaxseed daily, I still get enough omega fatty acids. Moreover, the fibres are good for your digestion.

This product may contain traces of: cereals containing gluten, egg, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, lupin.
Free from: crustaceans, fish, celery, mustard, molluscs.
To be used in muesli and other dishes. Drink plenty of water with it, so the mucilage can dissolve properly.

On 04 may 2016 by Customer serviceIt only becomes risky at doses of 45 grams of flaxseed per day, but you would need to consume almost 1/6 of the jar daily, an absurd amount.
With normal use, the benefits of flaxseed outweigh the drawbacks.
