Usage

I usually take this in a 160mg capsule. How much of the powder does that correspond to? 1/2 teaspoon?

160 mg is more like a generous pinch. Did those capsules perhaps contain guarana extract? 160 mg of raw guarana powder doesn't have much effect. Guarana contains about 2 to 4.5 percent caffeine, so that would amount to 3.2 to 7.2 mg of caffeine, less than a tenth of a cup of coffee.
