Delicious, indeed. The muesli combined with hemp seeds is incredibly filling, which means you won't feel hungry as quickly. This is beneficial for maintaining a healthy weight.

Absolute Chia Seeds Raw are suitable for all ages. If you wish to add the seeds to baby food, first dissolve them in water to create a gel.
