Usage
Almond flour is delightful in smoothies or baked goods. For instance, replace 20% of the flour (in cake, pastries or bread) with almond flour. Almond flour is naturally sweet in taste so you can also use less sugar. Make your own almond paste by adding approximately 20% sugar and a very small amount of water.
