I have been using Mariandl gelatinaat for over 12 years. It is the only product that has gradually helped me regain the flexibility in my joints (hands) and, most importantly, has eliminated the frequent pain caused by this condition. Of course, it needs to be taken regularly, every day. I have introduced Mariandl gelatinaat to specialist doctors and many people, and I will continue to do so, hoping that it becomes easier to find the product, which at the moment seems quite difficult to locate! (I am sure many people can understand French) Best regards.
I used to use it before and have started again, and I find it very beneficial. I have a worn hip, and now that I am using this, the discomfort is much less.
We have now been using Mariandl gelatin for 1 week. So, we can't really say much about it yet.

One measuring scoop of 7.5 grams of Gelatinaat contains 18.6 Kcal.
Free from yeast, sugar, lactose, preservatives, and synthetic colourings, fragrances, and flavourings.
3 level measuring scoops per day, dissolved in water or juice.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied, balanced diet for which supplements are no substitute. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place.

Should the scoops be taken throughout the day or can I take 3 scoops at once with my glass of water? Thanks in advance, Kind regards, M.

The initial aggravation of a complaint is part of some homeopathic therapies. Gelatinaat has nothing to do with classical homeopathy.
The same applies to taking a break: it is not necessary and even undesirable to interrupt the intake. Consider this product as nutrition, not as a (homeopathic) medicine.
