Product does what it is supposed to do.
I use melatonin to help me fall asleep. Not every day, but occasionally. With this aid, I drift off to sleep quickly. It is not addictive, which is always nice to have at home.
I take 5 and I don't really feel like it's doing what they say it should do... maybe it takes a while before you notice results.
I work shifts myself, and I particularly struggle when I have to switch from late shifts and time off back to early shifts, as I often find it difficult to fall asleep for an hour or two. Since I started using melatonin tablets, it has become much easier, and I can now fall asleep between 11 and 12. I have heard from others that daily use can diminish the effect, so it is advisable to use it only on the days when you really need it.
