Lucovitaal® Tired, Heavy Legs is a special day & night formula for restless, heavy, and tired legs. Butcher's broom supports blood circulation and provides relief for heavy and tired legs. Additionally, this formula contains 100 mg of elemental Magnesium from Magnesium bisglycinate per tablet. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system. It also contributes to extra energy in cases of fatigue.
Magnesium bisglycinate is a well-absorbed form of Magnesium with high bioavailability, meaning it is efficiently absorbed by the body. This is because each Magnesium particle is bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine, preventing it from splitting under the influence of stomach acid.
Moreover, the tablets are equipped with 'time release' delivery, meaning the ingredients are released throughout the day or night. The formula also contains Vitamins B3 and B6, which help reduce fatigue and are important for the nervous system. Vitamin C is important for maintaining healthy blood vessels and plays a role in nerve function.
