L-Lysine, acidity regulator (Dicalcium Phosphate), filler (Cellulose), anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid).

Usage:
Adults: 1 tablet daily, preferably between meals (half an hour before or 2 hours after a meal). Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
