I have been using Promensil for a year and am very pleased with the results. I still experience hot flashes, but they are less intense. Overall relaxation from use. I feel much calmer.

I have been experiencing menopausal symptoms for some time now, including embarrassingly frequent hot flashes. I have tried pills from Dr Vogel and various other home remedies, but to no avail. Then, a friend suggested that I order a trial pack of Promensil online. I did so immediately, and after a week I felt rejuvenated. It's as if I have won the top prize in the lottery. I am very pleased with it and will continue using it. I no longer feel down and would like to keep it that way.
I have been using it for 5 weeks now and I am still not convinced that it actually helps. I have good and bad days regarding the hot flashes, but I do find that my mood swings are less frequent. I will definitely continue with Promensil to see how it goes from here.
