This product was recommended to me by a colleague. I have been taking it for just over a year now and I find that it has significantly reduced my menopausal symptoms (such as mood swings and waking up every two hours at night with hot flashes). It takes a while for it to take effect, but gradually I have started to see improvements. The symptoms are not gone, but now, thanks to this remedy, they are manageable. It takes the edge off, and I wouldn't want to be without it during this time.
