I have been using it for about two years now, and I find this to be a good product. It doesn't give you a luxurious new mane, but hair loss is no longer an issue and greying is significantly slowed down. I will continue to use it.
I take two of these pills a day. Two seems to work better than one, in my opinion. My hair loss has actually decreased. It's not completely gone, but it is definitely less, and I am pleased with that.
I have been taking 2 capsules daily for almost 4 months: you would expect something from this product. Even in combination with the shampoo, there is no result. My hair is still falling out (it is not getting worse), let alone that it is getting thicker. Disappointing, especially considering the price.

Extra silicon is worth trying, as that substance is not present in the Omnium. In that case, opt for a well-absorbed product like the Silidyn Ortho Silicon drops.
Indirectly, you could address the issue with supplements that specifically influence hormone balance. From Solgar, for example, there is the Super Concentrated Isoflavones (soy isoflavones, genistein).
