I have been working on building up my energy for two and a half years. Now I take a vitamin B pill every other day, and the strange thing is that I notice an increase in my energy after just a week. Now let's see what it does in the long term.
good for energy and in terms of dosage, significantly better than the variant you get at the chemist. great price, easy-to-take capsules. just a bit of a shock that you end up urinating quite a cheerful yellow for the first few days....
On the advice of my therapist, I ordered the Vitamin B50 complex. I was feeling quite fatigued. I must say that my energy levels rise fairly quickly after taking it. Now, I would only use it on the recommendation of a therapist, as not all fatigue is due to a deficiency in vitamin B.
The B vitamins are a group of essential nutrients that share certain properties. They are all water-soluble and are found in food sources such as brewer's yeast, meat, whole grains, flour-based foods, and legumes.
Although they differ chemically, their functions in the body are closely linked. For instance, the metabolism of folic acid and vitamin B12 is closely related, vitamin B2 is required for the activation of vitamin B6, and vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) can only be produced from other nutrients if there is sufficient vitamin B6 available. The B-complex thus functions in the body as a group of vitamins.
For optimal functioning, the brain and nervous system require a regular supply of B vitamins from the diet. They are indispensable for releasing energy from food and for the conversion of fats and proteins. The group contributes to maintaining healthy skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver, and the production of haemoglobin.

Taking this product may sometimes lead to a (dark) yellow discolouration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body has absorbed the vitamin well and is excreting an excess of vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Increase fluid intake per day and the urine will return to normal or nearly normal colour. Side effects: None known at the recommended dosage.

Is it possible to break the tablets for a lower dosage? For example, taking half a tablet instead of a whole one? Thanks in advance :)

The Vitamine B complex actief by Vitals is technically not a B-50 complex, as it contains 80 mg of B3 and 14 mg of B6, for instance, but it is a high-quality, high-dose vitamin B complex featuring B12 in the co-enzymatic forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. It also includes the co-enzymatic forms of folic acid (specifically 5-MTHF) and B6 (namely P5P).
