In general, there is no need to take 100 mg of all B vitamins. B vitamins are indeed involved in hair growth, but our body only requires relatively small amounts. It may be beneficial to take a slightly higher dosage of certain B vitamins, such as biotin.
As for the other B vitamins, it is better to use a good multivitamin, so that your body also receives sufficient amounts of all the other nutrients that are involved in hair growth (and immunity), such as Vitamin C and zinc.
Regarding Solgar, you could, for example, use the
Female Multiple. If you take three tablets of that per day, you will get more than enough magnesium (400 mg), a decent maintenance dose of Vitamin C (400 mg), and approximately 50 mg of all B vitamins, including 300 mcg of biotin. Three tablets also provide 18 mg of iron and 150 mcg of iodine, two important minerals for energy levels.
The Female Multiple is therefore an excellent base. Optionally, you could also use additional Vitamin C alongside it (for example, the
Vitamin C 1000 mg (ascorbic acid, Vitamin C)) and/or a special hair formula like the
Skin, Nails and Hair Formula.
If you still wish to use a B100 complex, Solgar also has such formulas, in tablet and capsule form. They are called Vitamin B-complex "100" and you can find them on this overview page:
