Modified starch, cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. Tablet: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and glycerine. Disintegration time: within an hour. All minerals are listed in elemental values.
Usage:
1 to 3 tablets per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
Warnings for use:
Intake of more than 400 mg of magnesium per day may in some cases lead to mild stomach upset.
