Ingredients
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, tablet coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: titanium dioxide, glycerine), crosslinked cellulose gum, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, chromium picolinate, magnesium stearate.

Usage:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. Diabetics are advised to consult their GP before starting this supplement.
