Crataegus is a member of the Rosaceae family and is a shrub found both in gardens and in the wild. The active components in Crataegus are flavonoids, including rutin and proanthocyanidins. These constituents are highly concentrated in the leaves and flowers of Crataegus. Consequently, Lamberts Crataegus extract is derived from precisely these parts of the plant. The extract is standardised to a flavonoid content of 2%. Composition:

Excipients:

Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.
Usage:
1 tablet per day for a minimum of 6 weeks, unless otherwise advised.
