Composition per daily dosage of 1 veg capsule:

| Indian gooseberry (emblica officinalis) | 156.7 mg |
| Terminalia belerica extract | 156.7 mg |
Ingredients:
Triphala extract, black myrobalan, Indian gooseberry, terminalia belerica extract, HPMC (vegetarian capsule).
Usage
Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 capsule with milk, in the morning and evening.
Do not take immediately after a meal.
