Excellent product, I got the tip from a book. No strange side effects, and I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I'm starting to notice a difference.
Since I started using trifala, my [.....] has improved tremendously. It really works well for me.

Black myrobalan (Terminalia chebula) 225 mg
Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis) 225 mg
Terminalia belerica 225 mg
Full composition:
Black myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis), Terminalia belerica, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, binder: hydroxypropylcellulose.
Take 3 tablets with milk or water, in the morning and evening.

On 29 july 2018 by Customer serviceTriphala consists of the concentrate of three fruits. The dosage you mentioned should not cause any side effects. The fruits do not have a diuretic effect, and gas formation is not an expected side effect either. It is advisable to drink plenty of water, especially during a heatwave.
6 tablets per day is a general guideline. Try taking 4 tablets per day for a few days to see if you feel better with that.
It is preferable to take them with some water, on an empty stomach.
