Is this shatavari organic?

The leaf is usually green, but you may also see black and white versions on the packaging. This Holisan product does not display this label and therefore cannot be described as ‘organic’.
The herb comes in capsules. Should I take the herb out of the capsule and consume it, or can I swallow the casing as well?

Therefore, the capsule should be swallowed whole with some water.
Can Shatavari be taken together with the contraceptive pill?
