The herb comes in capsules. Should I take the herb out of the capsule and consume it, or can I swallow the casing as well?
On 06 november 2019 by Customer serviceThe capsule is made from cellulose (a fibre). When the capsule comes into contact with moisture and stomach acid, it softens and releases its contents.
Therefore, the capsule should be swallowed whole with some water.
Can Shatavari be taken together with the contraceptive pill?
