In a state of desperation, I was willing to try anything to rid myself of the discomfort and preferably also the parasites. I was experiencing a lot of abdominal pain, bloating, and was unable to go to the toilet... So I ordered this. The first 16 days require a lot, an awful lot, of intake. The remaining 24 days is for 'maintenance' (a few supplements every few days). I went from having very easy bowel movements to having a very difficult time. My intestines are indeed much calmer now (I’m well over halfway through) but I hesitate to say whether it’s truly due to this treatment. I am also being very mindful of my diet. Recently, I indulged for a day. Normally, I would feel the effects for about three days. I would feel unwell and have issues with my stomach/intestines. However, the day after, I felt perfectly fine! I find it difficult to assess whether this treatment truly resolves everything, but together with a good dietary pattern (avoiding starchy and sugary products), my intestines have become a lot calmer!
