Ingredients:
Myrrh tree, bambusa vulgaris, terminalia arjuna, vicissus quadrangularis, cateria lacca, HPMC (vegetarian capsule)
Usage:
Take 2 capsules twice daily with water between meals.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
