Ingredients
Myrrh Tree (Commiphora mukul), Bauhinia (Bauhinia variegata), Indian Gooseberry (Emblica officinalis), Black Myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), Terminalia belerica, Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Long Pepper (Piper longum), Crataeva nurvala , Cinnamon Tree (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Cinnamon Tree (Cinnamomum tamala), Cardamom (Elettaria cardomomum), dicalcium phosphate, corn starch, guar gum talc, silica, magnesium.

Usage
Take 2 to 3 times daily 2 tablets with warm water, the first time on an empty stomach. Not just before or after meals. Maximum 6 tablets per day.
