Dividing 95.4 by 8 gives us 11% (almost 12%).
Dividing 1000 mg by 8 results in 125%.
Both brands accurately represent the RDA.
You can disregard the "450 mg". The RDA only pertains to the elemental amount. The 1000 mg from Solgar (per 4 tablets) refers to the elemental amount, not the total weight of the tablets.
The name of Holisan's product (as stated on the label) is somewhat misleading, as it initially appears to contain 450 mg of calcium. For this reason, we have included the elemental amount in brackets on our website.
4 tablets of Solgar's Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D-3 in terms of calcium content is equivalent to 10 capsules of Holisan.
