What a lovely product this is, I have been using it for years in difficult times. It really works and I would recommend it to everyone. I'm glad I can order it here.
Of course, I haven't noticed an immediate effect yet, but after a week, the stimulating and also calming effect is present.
Great product! Works really well.
Not all Brahmi products work equally well, but I do notice a difference with this one. Especially with short-term memory, it is noticeable that it has improved (for example, going to get something and forgetting what you were going to do after two steps - that happens clearly less often). I also find myself a bit more attentive. It's great that the capsules are vegetarian.

Can Brahmi be given to a 5-year-old child?

Unfortunately, reliable studies are lacking for this age group. Therefore, we do not recommend giving Brahmi to a 5-year-old child and advise seeking guidance first from a certified (Ayurvedic) specialist or therapist.
Is Brahmi the same as Ashwagandha?

Both are used in Ayurveda, but they have different effects. Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is beneficial for memory and a clear mind*, while Ashwagandha aids relaxation and helps with mental balance*.
