Is it permissible to take Liv52 alongside a multivitamin and vitamin D? I cannot find any information about this anywhere.

Liv.52 supports the normal functioning of the liver, but that does not mean that the body is actively detoxifying. "Detox" is a vague term, as it is not clear which toxins are specifically involved. Therefore, it is also not possible to answer how long the product should be used, except perhaps by an Ayurvedic practitioner who can make a personal diagnosis of your physical condition and develop a treatment plan based on that.
