The wound pad (the part of the plaster that lies on the wound) is extra large and has a special upper layer that does not stick to the wound. Thanks to the skin-friendly adhesive edge around the extra-large wound pad, it does not shift. The island plaster is also suitable for use on moving body parts, such as the knee and elbow.
