Multi Health Pregnancy is a formula that is complete and of very high quality. Various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12 & folic acid) and well-absorbed organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate and iron bisglycinate have been selected. Fittergy also has, as one of the few multi formulas, a tocopherols mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely the alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherols.
The Multi Health Pregnancy contains components specifically aimed at the pregnant woman or woman with pregnancy wishes. This includes extra Folate, vitamin C, choline and B12.
Folate contributes to the growth of the unborn foetus and child during pregnancy and contributes to the formation of the placenta, in addition folic acid is for women who want to become pregnant
Folate, iron, copper, selenium, zinc, vitamin A, B12, B6, C and vitamin D support the immune system
