Multi Health Pregnancy is a complete and high-quality formula. Various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12 & folic acid) and well-absorbable organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate and iron bisglycinate have been selected. Fittergy is also one of the few multi formulas to include a mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
The Multi Health Pregnancy contains components specifically aimed at pregnant women or women wishing to become pregnant. Think of extra Folate, vitamin C, choline and B12.
Folate contributes to the growth of the unborn foetus and child during pregnancy and contributes to the formation of the placenta, in addition, folic acid is for women who want to become pregnant.
Folate, iron, copper, selenium, zinc, vitamin A, B12, B6, C and vitamin D support the immune system.
