Multi Health Man is a comprehensive and high-quality formula. Various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12) and organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate have been chosen. Fittergy is also one of the few multi-formulas to include a tocopherol mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
The Multi Health Man formula contains components specifically aimed at men, such as saw palmetto and lycopene.
