Multi Health Man is a formula that is complete and of very high quality. Various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12) have been chosen along with the organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate and iron bisglycinate. Orthovitaal also has, as one of the few multi formulas, a tocopherol mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely the alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
The Multi Health Man formula contains components specifically aimed at men such as saw palmetto and lycopene.
