Works well! The included measuring scoop is handy but difficult to read, so I find weighing on a scale more practical. Incidentally, there is plenty of evidence that long-term use of creatine has no adverse effects. Therefore, you don't necessarily need to stop using it for a few weeks in between.

Take 1 - 1 ½ scoop (8 - 12 g) per day for four weeks. Then take no creatine for 2 to 4 weeks. Take the creatine in two portions throughout the day with a sugary drink, such as fruit juice. On training days, preferably take immediately after training. A full, level scoop contains 8 grams of creatine.
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
