I use this on my Dopper when I go to yoga. But I also use it when cycling and walking. This way, you can drink without needing to take the included cap of the Dopper with you. By simply placing this cap on, you can drink without having to unscrew a cap.
My daughter is absolutely delighted with it and now drinks more water this way.
