Composition per daily dosage of 1 to 2 chewable tablets:
Vitamin D                5 - 10 mcg                 100 - 200% RDA*
Calcium                 400 - 500 mg                  50 - 100% RDA*              
*RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance

Ingredients
Calcium, sweeteners: mannitol, xylitol, sucralose, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, flavouring, vitamin D.

Usage
Adults and children from 4 years who consume dairy products daily: 1 tablet per day.
Adults and children from 4 years who do not consume dairy products daily: 2 tablets per day.
Preferably take during or after a meal.

Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
