Composition
Per daily dosage of 1 to 3 tablets: 400 -1200 mcg Vitamin A, 0.55-1.65 mg Vitamin B1, 0.7-2.1 mg Vitamin B2, 8-24 mg Vitamin B3, 3-9 mg Vitamin B5, 0.7-2.1 mg Vitamin B6, 100-300 mcg Vitamin B11, 1-3 mcg Vitamin B12, 40-120 mg Vitamin C, 1.67 – 5 mcg Vitamin D, 6-18 mg Vitamin E, 25-75 mcg Biotin, 60-180 mg Calcium, 16-48 mcg Chromium, 50-150 mcg Iodine, 0.5 -1.5 mg Copper, 28.13 -84.38 mg Magnesium, 0.86-2.58 mg Manganese, 25-75 mcg Molybdenum, 27.5 -82.5 mcg Selenium, 2.5-7.5 mg Iron, and 2-6 mg Zinc.
Dosage
Adults: 1-3 tablets per day. Children aged 4-12 years: 1 tablet per day. Preferably take during meals.
