Dosage
For children and adults from 12 years: 1 to 2 dragees per day, preferably taken after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

On 14 august 2017 by Customer serviceBiotin capsules are not large and can be opened so that the powder can be mixed with a spoonful of yoghurt, custard, applesauce, or some spread. For example, the Super Biotin 5000 mcg, or in a lower dosage, the Vitamin B8 biotin 500 mcg.
Our B 50 complex also contains biotin, specifically 50 mg. These capsules are considerably larger but can easily be opened so you can mix the powder into something.
There is also a effervescent tablet available containing, among other things, 50 mcg of biotin, namely from Sunwell, the Vitamin B complex & C.
