Can you use red clover and Care for Women Forte together?

It is perfectly fine to additionally use 20 to 60 mg of isoflavones from another source, for example, through a red clover supplement that provides such a dose. The Arkopharma Red Clover provides 20 mg of isoflavones per capsule.
I would like to know how long it takes before these pills start to work. I have been taking them for about 2 weeks and notice very little effect.

The main component in the formula, which has also been the subject of the most research, is the isoflavone complex. This product provides 50 mg of isoflavones per tablet. You might want to consider whether taking isoflavones alone, in a higher dose, would yield the desired effect. For instance, the Isoflavone Complex from Vitaminhealth delivers 74 mg of isoflavones per 2 capsules.
Also, ensure you are getting enough intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids, for example in the form of fish oil. The Super Omega D3 is an excellent supplement to the Isoflavone Complex.
