Fermented vegetable and fruit complex (Fibriotics™) (apple, carrot, mulberry, radish, pineapple, orange, lemon, beetroot, plum, dried plum, passion fruit, watermelon, goji berry, grapefruit, grape, peach, acerola, cranberry, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, chokeberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, blueberry, pear, pomegranate, banana, papaya, lychee, melon, tomato, asparagus, jujube, hawthorn, and broccoli), capsule shell (HPMC (cellulose)).
Unless otherwise advised, take 3 to 6 capsules daily during or immediately after meals.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened.
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
