No complaints whatsoever. I use cordyceps on the recommendation of my Chinese doctor, but this one is slightly cheaper than the one he sells and is still of good quality.

Cordyceps sinensis is a fungus that parasitises caterpillars. The primary compounds in cordyceps are cordycepin, cordycepic acids (6%), and polysaccharides.
Bonusan Cordyceps sinensis mycelium consists solely of the mycelium of the fungus. This is the part where most of the biological compounds are found. The fungus is cultivated on a substrate, eliminating the need for caterpillars. This method of production has several advantages, including the possibility of standardisation. This ensures a more reliable result and greater purity.

On 23 may 2015 by Customer serviceTaking it on an empty stomach is fine. For this product, it does not make much difference. You can try it and see how it suits you. The timing of intake (in the morning or before bed) is not very important.
