Cod liver oil naturally contains vitamins A and D3. The vitamins A and D3 from cod liver oil support, among other things, the body's immune system.
Vitamin A also supports the skin's ability to repair itself, is good for vision, and helps maintain sharp vision in the dark. It contributes to the normal functioning, structure, and function of mucous membranes.
Vitamin D3 contributes to the production of cells and tissues, helps maintain strong teeth and bones, and plays a role in maintaining normal muscle function.

- Of which Vitamin A (3330 IU) 1000 mcg - 125% RI*
- Of which Vitamin D3 (400 IU) 10 mcg - 200% RI*
*RI = Reference Intake
Ingredients
Cod liver oil (FISH), capsule shell (fish gelatin, glycerol, water), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 softgel daily during or shortly after a meal.
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
