I am very satisfied with the vitamin B balance.. I have only just started, but I am pleased.
I have been using it for a month now. It works very well; I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I get plenty of energy from it. I also expel all the excess that my body cannot absorb. It’s also a pleasant little tablet and easy to take.
It works. I no longer felt lethargic and tired because of it. I had more energy. It also had an effect on my workouts; no more stiff muscles :)

Thickening agents (maltodextrin, sodium croscarmellose), vitamins, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), choline, inositol, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate), brewer's yeast, para-aminobenzoic acid, lecithin, and emulsifier (gum arabic).
Allergen Information:
Contains lecithin (soy).
1 to 2 times daily 1 tablet with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
Vitamin B6:
- Per daily dosage, a maximum of 3 mg of vitamin B6: This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year.
- Per daily dosage, more than 3 mg of vitamin B6: this dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years.
- Per daily dosage, more than 5 mg of vitamin B6: this dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years.
- Per daily dosage, more than 7 mg of vitamin B6: this dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years.
