At the moment, I'm waiting to use it until after New Year, but I have very high expectations based on the reviews I've read. Bloom is always good!
Cleanses sufficiently but unfortunately I have side effects in the large intestine. Overall feeling is indeed a fitter sensation. No weight loss, which I had expected.

I notice no change during or after taking the course. Not even in the [forbidden word]. I understood that I could just keep eating but needed to drink more; I did that. From day 4 I even ate less and consumed more liquids; no noticeable change. What a shame!
My intestines were a bit sensitive (cramps), but they were also cleaned out, and some foul-smelling stuff came out. So I was willing to endure the cramps for that.

Buckthorn, cascara and aloe are known as natural bowel stimulants.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 12 years and do not use for more than ten consecutive days.
In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor, pharmacist or expert before use.
Do not use in case of high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disorders, diabetes, urination problems due to prostate enlargement, or if you are using MAO inhibitors (antidepressant drugs). Reduce or discontinue use in case of nervousness, insomnia or nausea. Not suitable for persons under 18 years.

When can these capsules be delivered? My bowel movements improved significantly because of them. Now I am experiencing many issues with this.

A possible alternative to bridge the gap, containing largely the same ingredients (Aloe, Cascara, Turmeric, Soap Tree), is the Bowel Movement with Senna from Lucovitaal:
