At the moment, I'm waiting to use it until after New Year, but I have very high expectations based on the reviews I've read. Bloom is always good!
Cleanses sufficiently but unfortunately I have side effects in the large intestine. Overall feeling is indeed a fitter sensation. No weight loss, which I had expected.
Customer serviceI have been using a course of SuperClean 4 times a year for 3 years now. This way, I continue to feel fit and clean.
I notice no change during or after taking the course. Not even in the [forbidden word]. I understood that I could just keep eating but needed to drink more; I did that. From day 4 I even ate less and consumed more liquids; no noticeable change. What a shame!
My intestines were a bit sensitive (cramps), but they were also cleaned out, and some foul-smelling stuff came out. So I was willing to endure the cramps for that.

When can these capsules be delivered? My bowel movements improved significantly because of them. Now I am experiencing many issues with this.
On 07 may 2019 by Customer serviceThe capsules are still in production. The manufacturer cannot yet specify when the packaging will be available again. It is very likely to take several more weeks.
A possible alternative to bridge the gap, containing largely the same ingredients (Aloe, Cascara, Turmeric, Soap Tree), is the Bowel Movement with Senna from Lucovitaal:

On 26 february 2014 by Customer serviceA vegetarian alternative that has the same effect and almost the same composition is Stoelgang met senna.
Or if your main concern is internal cleansing, then Zuiver & Puur Caps is an even better vegetarian alternative.
