On the advice of my GP, I started using B12 lozenges. As a result, I have significantly more energy. Highly recommended!!
Very satisfied. And more energy than before.
prescribed by my internist. The dosage of 2 tablets per day works best for me.
I find it a good product. It provides more energy, but you need to let it dissolve properly under your tongue in my case.
after the first intake of the tablets, I felt an immediate improvement; I can recommend it to everyone.

Is Recovery Power vitamin B12 no longer available? I can't find it anywhere, not even on the manufacturer's website.
On 27 december 2018 by Customer serviceIndeed, this product is out of stock. I inquired with the manufacturer a few weeks ago, and this was their response: "The raw materials for the production of Recovery Power B12 have increased significantly, and that is the reason why B12 has been discontinued."
A possible alternative with the same dosage (10,000 mcg, co-enzymatic) is the Vitamin B12 10,000 mcg combi active folate from Proviform.
On 31 may 2018 by Customer serviceA monthly injection typically provides 1000 mcg, which is one-tenth of each lozenge.
With the use of these high-dose and well-absorbed tablets, it is generally not necessary to continue using injections. Once the blood level is normal, it can also be maintained with tablets of, for example, 1000 mcg methylcobalamin, such as the Vitamin B12 1000 mcg methylcobalamin lozenges. However, it remains advisable to regularly monitor blood levels, especially if you have received B12 injections for the treatment of neurological complaints.
The Recovery Power tablets from Bloem are temporarily out of stock (still in production). They are expected to be available again at the end of June.
On 17 april 2018 by Customer serviceOn 05 march 2015 by Customer serviceFor general maintenance on a vegan diet, it would be better to opt for, for example, the Vitamin B12 1000 mcg methylcobalamin lozenges, and these tablets do not even need to be taken daily: every two days or even just once a week may suffice (our bodies can store vitamin B12 for later use).
If the child is not vegan but merely vegetarian, consuming dairy and eggs, then additional B12 intake is likely unnecessary.
On 28 october 2014 by Customer serviceBoth methylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin are used in injections. The former mainly in the United States, the latter here in Europe. One advantage of the hydroxycobalamin form is that it can be stored in the body for longer. This is beneficial in the case of weekly or monthly injections, but offers no added value with daily intake.
Most lozenges therefore contain either cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin, or a combination of both.
The Recovery Power vitamin B12 tablets contain no less than 10,000 micrograms of B12 per tablet. There are very few supplements with such a high dose. It is therefore difficult to compare this product with the many 1000 mcg methylcobalamin lozenges on our site.
However, the question remains to what extent it is necessary to take such high daily doses alongside monthly injections. You should consult this with your doctor, based on your personal situation and the measured blood values. Perhaps daily support with Vitamin B12 1000 mcg methylcobalamin lozenges is more than sufficient.
Preferably support the use of B12 with a B-complex or even better, a multivitamin, so that you also receive sufficient nutrients such as folic acid. In our body, B12 works in conjunction with various other vitamins and minerals.
