It helps me to have a bit more balance during the transition. The hot flashes and irritability are really less when I use this on a daily basis.

Allergen information: contains Soy (from isoflavones) and Lactose (extracts).
During recovery periods: temporarily increase the dose to 1 capsule three times daily.
