excellent product
a great product that I can no longer do without due to fibromyalgia and restless legs
By using Magnesium (on the advice of my physiotherapist), I feel less tense and I sleep significantly better because of it.
At the beginning, you don't notice much, but afterwards it works excellently; you can really feel your muscles relax.
