On the advice of a highly experienced naturopath/iridologist, I started using Cratahama Extra Forte five weeks ago. The preliminary test had revealed that my hormonal balance was completely disrupted. I had suspected this due to: poor sleep, frequent night sweats (and I am now 61 years old!), and despite numerous attempts, I was unable to lose weight. During the test, it became clear that my unstable hormones were hindering my body's ability to absorb vitamins and minerals from both food and supplements. I have since ordered two more packages because there has been a noticeable improvement, and I am also starting to lose weight. So, I will continue with it!!

Horse Chestnut seed (Aesculus hippocastanum semen) 80 mg
St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum herba) 80 mg
Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinalis radix) 80 mg
Witch Hazel leaves (Hamamelis virginiana folium) 40 mg
Isoflavones: Kudzu root (Pueraria lobata) (standardised to 40%) 100 mg
If necessary, 1 capsule may be taken every hour.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Super Starflower Oil 1300 mg (300 mg GLA) contains a high dosage of this fatty acid, and is used, among other things, for menopausal symptoms. It is advisable to combine this product with vitamin E, for example: Vitamin E 200.
