Black poplar 10:1 extract (Populus nigra) 200 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 180 mg 225%

Full composition: Dry extracts of herbs, anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), vitamin C, filler (potato starch), capsule shell (gelatin), excipient (sunflower oil).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Good afternoon, I always find it difficult to swallow large tablets. Hence my question: how big are these tablets? And do they go down easily? (Like, for example, oiled capsules). Thank you for your response. Kind regards, Mathilene
