This is one of the supplements in the stack, based on a blood group test. Whose stack? My stack. From which you can deduce what the 'gaps' are in your diet. Under the guise of: you are what you eat (& drink). So, just part of the whole. My advice: If you look under your own personal bonnet, different things might come out. Everyone's puzzle piece is different. Regarding this supplement, I don't necessarily feel a direct difference. But, I just feel good about it. So, it's a keeper. ✅
