Eschscholtzia californica extract, Melissa officinalis extract, Thickener: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Valeriana officinalis extract, Humulus lupulus extract, Filler: Cellulose, L-tyrosine, Passiflora incarnata extract, Glazing agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide, Vitamin B12, Melatonin.
Adults: 1 to 2 capsules per day. Take half an hour before bedtime.
Do not use in combination with medicines that suppress the central nervous system, such as antidepressants and sedatives (sleeping pills). Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
