170 mg Nettle root extract (Urticae radix)
160 mg Saw palmetto extract (Serenoa repens)
5 mg Zinc (as zinc gluconate) (50% RDA*)
27.5μg Selenium (as selenium yeast) (50% RDA*)
16.7 mg Tomato extract (1 mg natural lycopene)
1.6 mg Vitamin E (13% RDA*)
37.5 mg Plant sterols
*RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance according to the Health Council

Ingredients
Pumpkin seed oil, gelatine, nettle root extract, saw palmetto extract, humectants: glycerol, sorbitol, zinc, selenium, plant sterols, anti-caking agent: monoglycerides of fatty acids, tomato extract, glazing agent: beeswax, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vitamin E, colouring: iron oxide.

Usage
Take 1 capsule daily preferably before a meal with water.
For a sensitive stomach, it is advisable to take the capsule during the meal.
